Instructions

  • Remove the seeds from the jalapeño and slice the pepper lengthwise into strips.
  • Slice the ginger lengthways into strips.
  • Place 2 slices of ginger and all of the jalapeno pepper into a small saucepan.
  • Add the water and place on a high heat for 10 minutes.
  • Pour into cups or glasses and stir in a teaspoon of honey to each of them.
  • Add a matchstick slice of ginger and enjoy!
