Break or chop the chocolate into small cubes and place in a microwaveable bowl. Heat for 20 seconds on high power in the microwave.
Remove the chocolate and stir, then repeat the microwaving and stirring until smooth and completely melted.
Combine the chipotle powder with the chocolate thoroughly.
Break the graham crackers into small pieces and add them to the chocolate, along with the marshmallows and fudge pieces. Stir to combine
Transfer to a square baking tray and smooth out the mix evenly throughout the tray. Allow the rocky road to set for 2 hours in the refrigerator (or until firm.)
Remove from the tray and cut into squares with a large knife.
