Cut the fruit into slices around 5mm think
Cut the chili in half
Place a saucepan over medium heat and add the sugar, honey, and water.
Cook until the sugar is dissolved
Add the fruit to the mixture and add the chili pepper cook for around 5-8 minutes or until the peels become translucent
Remove from the pan and lay onto a flat board and allow to set in the refrigerator for at least one hour
Cut into small cubes and toss in the powdered sugar to coat
Add to cakes, ice cream or your favorite dessert
