  • Store your Rogan Josh seasoning in an airtight container and use as needed.

Notes

If you don't have Kashmiri chilies, feel free to tweak this recipe using more/less of both the cayenne pepper and paprika. Paprika is milder than Kashmiri and cayenne is much hotter. 
For a very mild option, simply replace the Kashmiri with paprika. For something hotter, cut the amount with additional cayenne as you'd like.
