Ingredients

jalapeño pepper
diced

tomatoes
seeds removed and chopped (approximately 6 medium-sized tomatoes)

garlic

white onion

cilantro leaves
chopped (approximately one bunch)

lime juice
Salt
to taste
Instructions
Simply mix the ingredients together and refrigerate.

Notes
Allow the salsa to chill for 1 - 2 hours prior to using for the best taste. For a spicier salsa, use two serrano peppers instead of a jalapeño.
