Spicy Hummus Recipe

  • 1 can chickpeas 15 oz, rinsed
  • 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 2 tablespoons tahini
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup water use only the amount needed for your preferred consistency
  • Salt to taste


  • Place all ingredients into a food processor and process until smooth. Slowly add in water and continue to blend until the hummus hits the perfect consistency for you. Top the hummus with EV olive oil.
