- 1 habanero pepper seeds removed and diced
- 3 peaches peeled, pitted, and diced
- 1 mango peeled and diced
- 1/2 cup red onion chopped
- 1 cup cilantro leaves 1 bunch, chopped
- 2 tablespoons lime juice 1 lime's worth
- Salt and pepper
Combine the habanero, peaches, mango, and onion in a bowl and mix.
Add in the cilantro and stir to combine.
Add in the lime juice and stir well.
Salt and pepper to taste.
