Using a food processor, combine the chickpeas, lime juice, garlic, and salt. Process until the mix is smooth or near the consistency you prefer for hummus.
Add to the mix the yogurt, olive oil, and tahini. Process again until all ingredients are thoroughly mixed.
Add the chopped jalapeño pepper and cilantro. Pulse the processor 10 to 15 times to mix.

For extra spiciness, dice the jalapeño with the membrane in place and the seeds intact. For less spiciness, only use 1/2 of a jalapeño pepper.
