Ingredients

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Wash potatoes, thoroughly dry them, then cut them into sticks or wedges.
  • In a large resealable freezer bag, combine the Old Bay, corn starch, oregano, salt, and pepper. Seal and shake briefly to mix the spices.
  • Unseal and add in your potato sticks or wedges. Seal again and shake the bag until the potato is coated with the spices.
  • Unseal and add in the olive oil. Reseal and shake until the olive oil has coated the potato.
  • Cover a baking tray with tin foil. Spray it evenly with cooking spray to keep the potato from sticking.
  • Arrange your potato evenly on the baking tray and bake for 20 to 25 minutes, flipping once mid-bake.
  • Once the potatoes are a golden brown, remove them from the oven and serve with spicy ketchup, barbecue sauce, or hot sauce.

Notes

You can opt to use plain frozen French fries. If so, follow the coating instructions here, but use the baking instructions from the back of the French fry bag.
