Spicy Carrot And Ginger Juice

- 1 red chili serrano or birdseye work well
- 1 inch fresh ginger root
- 4 carrots
- 1 red apple
- ½ teaspoon ground pepper
- ½ lemon juice only
Remove the stalk and seeds from the chili, peel and cut the ends off the carrots, and de-core the apple.
Juice the chili and ginger first, then carrots and apple afterwards.
Squeeze the lemon juice into the juice cup and then add the ground pepper.
Stir and serve immediately, with some ice if desired.
