Smoky Espresso BBQ Sauce

chipotle pepper
from chipotle peppers in adobe sauce, pureed smooth

espresso
1 shot

cup
cider vinegar
1/3
cup
dark brown sugar

tablespoon
Dijon mustard

teaspoon
soy sauce
1/2
teaspoon
adobo sauce
extra from the chipotle peppers in adobo sauce above
Instructions
Add all ingredients to a glass bowl and stir to combine.
Use immediately. Or for best flavor, cover the bbq sauce and place in the refrigerator overnight to allow the flavors to meld.
