Aji Amarillo Aioli
Ingredients

cup
mayonnaise
2 to 3
tablespoons
aji amarillo paste
or aji amarillo powder
2
tablespoons
lime juice
1
tablespoon
flat-leaf parsley
minced
1/2
teaspoon
salt
Instructions
Add all ingredients to a mixing bowl, then stir to fully combine.
Serve immediately, or for best flavor allow the aioli to chill for 2 to 4 hours prior to serving to allow the flavors to meld together.
Notes
If you prefer to use aji amarillo powder, start with 1 to 2 tablespoons and add more to taste.
