Taco Salsa

Ingredients

  • 1 jalapeño pepper diced
  • 2 cups tomatoes seeds removed and chopped (approximately 6 medium-sized tomatoes)
  • 5 cloves garlic
  • 1/2 white onion chopped
  • 1 cup cilantro leaves chopped (approximately one bunch)
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  • Simply mix the ingredients together and refrigerate.

Notes

Allow the salsa to chill for 1 - 2 hours prior to using for the best taste. For a spicier salsa, use two serrano peppers instead of a jalapeño.
