diced (or serrano peppers for more heat)

seeds removed and diced

Instructions
In a large serving bowl, combine the bell peppers, jalapeño or serrano peppers, black beans, tomato, onion, and cilantro.
In a small mixing bowl, combine the lime juice, cider vinegar, olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Stir thoroughly.
Pour the lime dressing over the pepper mix and stir until the pepper mix is thoroughly covered.
Serve immediately, or for the best taste refrigerate for at least one hour prior to serving.
