Ingredients

  • 1 cup Thai chilies stemmed and seeded
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • cup rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients in a food processor and pulse blend to your desired consistency.
  • Serve immediately or refrigerate to keep.
