Fiery Spiced Chai

nonfat dry milk powder

powdered French vanilla nondairy creamer

unsweetened instant tea

tablespoon
ground ginger

ground cinnamon

teaspoon
nutmeg
1/2
teaspoon
cayenne pepper powder

teaspoon
ground cardamom
1/2
teaspoon
ground cloves
Instructions
Combine all ingredients, and using a blender or food processor, blend the mix until it's a fine dissolvable.powder.
Use 2 to 3 tablespoons of the powder per cup of hot water to make the chai tea.
Store the chai tea powder in an air-tight container for up to 4 to 6 months.
Notes
Want your chai spicier? Increase the amount of cayenne to 1 teaspoon.
