Spicy Curry Powder
Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons paprika
- 1 tablespoon cumin powder
- 1 tablespoon ground fennel seed
- 1 tablespoon cayenne pepper powder
- 1 tablespoon ground brown mustard
- 1 tablespoon ground turmeric
- 1 tablespoon ground coriander
- 1 teaspoon ground cardamom
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, add all ingredients and stir to combine.
Notes
If the tablespoon of cayenne pepper is not enough spice, you can use a portion of hot paprika instead of mild paprika. Start with one tablespoon of hot paprika to two of mild/generic.
