The spicy dip staple
Guacamole is tasty as is, but for us spicy food lovers ANYTHING tastes better with a little more heat. So why not spice up that guacamole with a little serrano pepper?
If serrano chilies are a little too hot, you can move down the pepper scale just a touch and use jalapeño peppers instead. Except for the difference in heat (serranos can be up to nine times hotter), the flavor and texture are very similar.
